Here’s a little known fact: realtor.ca is a Canada-wide provider of MLS® information, not the actual MLS® system. As such, information must be sent from the Vancouver Real Estate Board Multiple Listing Service to the provider and the time delay is generally 2-3 days. This is usually why hot properties on realtor.ca are usually always sold by the time you read about them. As your Agent, Sarah obtains the information first, not only from having access to the “Real-Time” MLS® system but also through her relationships with other Agents and homeowners forged over the years. Sarah's communicating with agents all working hours and is in the know of 'sleeve listing's that have not even been handed into MLS® yet.
